The staff was helpful. They arranged flowers for our anniversary. Breakfast featured locally sourced jams and fresh pastries. IT WAS a treat. The room included blackout curtains ensuring a restful night. I found the location perfect, close to both the seaside and quaint shops.
The elevator was sometimes a bit slow during peak hours.

Our room featured a comfortable king-size bed and crisp linens. WE enjoyed it so much. There were ample outlets for charging devices. individually controlled heating. A spacious wardrobe provided plenty of storage for our belongings.

staff members friendly staff
i found the breakfast value good! all the staff members were pleasant and friendly. the location was ideal, and i really enjoyed the breakfast.
the heater wasn't working around 7 pm, so the room became cold. i had to wait quite a while, and it was still cold in the middle of the night. there was no one at reception during the night either.

the hotel has a nice bar and a breakfast room. guests can leave their luggage before check-in and after check-out, very convenient. there is also a restaurant where you can have a snack and drinks.

i had a lovely big single room with a good-sized bathroom. there was a fan in the room because of the hot weather, great. the room included a little table and chairs for enjoying coffee in the morning.

the hotel has an excellent location near the sea front. it is also close to the great orme and the train station. its convenient location makes it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the coastal scenery!!!

The location is central. I found it convenient for walking to various attractions. The bar was nice. It also had outdoor seating at fair prices. Breakfast was excellent. My room was perfect and clean. It included a massive bed.

Really good Experience!
excellent breakfast central location attentive staff
Breakfast offered excellent choices I found tasty. The location is central and very close to shops, restaurants, and the pier. The staff addressed a minor room issue quickly I really appreciated that.
The pillows were flat. I also noticed the shower head wasn't very powerful, I think it needs replacement.

The hotel has a sunny patio area with tables and benches (it was great to sit outside). The bar meals were served promptly at lunchtime. The restaurant opened later, offering nice and hot food. I found the staff polite and helpful.
The shower controls were not immediately easy to understand.

cold room cramped bathroom
the staff members were friendly and helpful .
I encountered several problems. the room was quite cold upon arrival since the heating system was off. additionally, the ensuite bathroom felt cramped. The shower cubicle was particularly small, and the placement of a shelf above the sink made brushing teeth awkward.
